Terms of Service

By using SEO Hamster ("the service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. The service

SEO Hamster is an SEO automation tool. It reads data from your website, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics, and helps you publish SEO improvements.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older.
• Keep your login details safe — you're responsible for activity on your account.
• One person or business per account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal content, spam, or to deceive search engines.
• Try to break, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
• Resell the service without written permission.

4. Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your billing period runs for one calendar month.

5. Refunds

• If you are not satisfied after your first month, your subscription payment will be refunded in full.
• Add-on credits cannot be refunded.
• If you continue past the first month, no further refunds are available.
• You can cancel at any time and your current month will run to the end of the billing period.

6. Content you generate

You own the content SEO Hamster generates for you. You are responsible for reviewing it before publishing. We don't guarantee specific SEO rankings or traffic results.

7. Google data

Your use of Google data through SEO Hamster is also subject to the Google Terms of Service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll email you at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
