SEO Hamster ("we", "us") is operated from the United Kingdom and provides an SEO automation service. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and your rights over it.

1. Data we collect

• Account info: name, email, hashed password.
• Workspace info: your website URL, brand settings, content you generate.
• Google account data (only if you connect Google): your email, Search Console site list and metrics, Google Analytics 4 property list and metrics. We never read your Gmail, Drive, or Contacts.
• Billing info: handled by Stripe — we never store card numbers.
• Usage logs: pages viewed, actions taken, IP address, for security and debugging.

2. How we use Google user data

When you connect your Google account, we use Search Console and Analytics data only to:

• Show your rankings, clicks, and traffic inside your SEO Hamster dashboard.
• Suggest content and technical SEO improvements for your site.
• Publish SEO improvements you approve.

We do not sell, share, or transfer your Google data to third parties for advertising, analytics, or any other purpose. We do not use your Google data to train AI models.

3. Where data is stored

Data is stored on Supabase (EU region) and Cloudflare. Access is restricted by row-level security so each workspace can only see its own data.

4. Your rights

You can disconnect Google at any time from your dashboard, which immediately revokes our access. You can request data export or deletion by emailingprivacy@seohamster.co.uk. We comply with UK GDPR.

5. Data retention

Account and workspace data is kept while your account is active. If you cancel, data is deleted within 30 days unless we are legally required to keep it.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for login sessions only. No third-party advertising cookies.
